Sales operation review
We look at the full picture — enquiry handling, appointments, process, conversion and follow-up — then highlight quick wins and bigger opportunities.
Practical. Collaborative. Self-funding.
We work alongside owners and park teams to improve sales performance, tighten margins, move stock, and raise standards — without taking over.
If you’d rather start with a quick chat, that’s fine. No hard sell.
Typical first step: a short on-site review or remote review (depending on location), followed by a clear proposal.
Support is flexible — from a one-off review through to ongoing, fractional leadership.
We look at the full picture — enquiry handling, appointments, process, conversion and follow-up — then highlight quick wins and bigger opportunities.
If you’ve got money tied up in ageing or higher-cost stock, we’ll help you shift it sensibly while protecting credibility and margin.
Clear, disciplined pricing and offers that make sense. No gimmicks — just strong, honest commercial structure.
Practical coaching for teams — consistency, confidence, and a professional customer journey from first contact to handover.
Park first impressions, showgrounds, signage, compliance basics — the things that quietly kill conversions when missed.
A “Sales Director-level” layer for a fraction of the cost — on-site or remote — working alongside you and your managers.
Simple, low-key, and based on building trust first.
A quick call or coffee. We listen, understand the park and the current challenges, and decide if it’s worth a review.
On-site or remote. We look at enquiries, sales process, stock, margin, presentation, team structure and reporting.
A clear plan: what we’d change, why it matters, and what you’ll likely gain. No fluff.
Anything from targeted help to ongoing support. The aim is always the same: improve performance in a way that pays for itself.
“People buy from people. We don’t expect anyone to bring us into a big part of their business until we’ve built trust. The first step is simply a conversation.”
I’m Matt Purnell. I’ve worked in the leisure and holiday-park sector for around 25 years and until recently I was Head of Sales Operations at Cove, supporting parks including Seal Bay and the wider group.
I’m now working alongside James Gourlay through Leisure Park Solutions. Between us, we bring decades of experience across holiday and residential parks — with a focus on transparent, customer-first selling and proper commercial discipline.
Drop a note and tell me a bit about your park (holiday or residential), what you sell, and what feels most challenging right now. If you’d rather speak first, just call.
Prefer to sanity-check us first? We’re happy for you to speak to existing park owners we support before you decide anything.
